Making Mindvalley’s growing ecosystem easier to explore
Redesigning Mindvalley.com into a clearer, more inspiring discovery experience
Mindvalley had grown into a broad digital ecosystem spanning programs, teachers, events, content, and multiple areas of personal growth.
The challenge was no longer simply to make the website look better. It was to make Mindvalley’s breadth easier to understand and give visitors a clearer path to discover where to begin.
I led the design direction for the new Mindvalley.com experience, working across design, marketing, and technology to rethink the site’s structure, visual language, and content hierarchy.
The redesigned Mindvalley.com homepage across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Challenge
A growing ecosystem needed a clearer starting point
The redesign began with a simple question: How could a large and growing ecosystem feel easier to navigate?
The previous homepage was overwhelmed with different products and offerings making it challenging for users to navigate
The existing experience made it difficult to understand the relationship between these different parts of Mindvalley and what someone should explore next.
The redesign therefore had to solve three problems:
Clarify
Make Mindvalley's value and offering easier to understand
Guide
Create clearer pathways into programs and content
Inspire
Make discovery feel exciting and transformative
The redesign started with a simple question: how can we make a large and growing ecosystem feel easier to navigate?
The goal wasn't to create another promotional homepage. It was to create a stronger foundation for how people could discover Mindvalley.
My Role
I led the design direction from early exploration through to the final experience
My responsibilities included:
Defining the overall UX and visual direction
Restructuring content and information hierarchy
Establishing reusable web patterns and design standards
Collaborating with the CEO, Marketing, Branding and Content to develop and refine the experience
Collaborating with Engineering on implementation and technical constraints
The Approach
Rather than asking visitors to browse hundreds of pages, we shifted the homepage toward a guided journey
The experience helped people understand what Mindvalley is before asking them to choose what to buy. It used progressive discovery—moving visitors from curiosity to confidence through clear storytelling, social proof, teacher-led content, and personalized recommendations.
1. What is Mindvalley?
Establish the proposition and communicate what makes the platform different.

2. What can I explore?
Surface the breadth of programs, teachers, topics and experiences without overwhelming the visitor.

3. Where should I go next?
People arrive with ambitions, not memberships. Mindvalley Pathways became the new foundation for discovery
Pathways reframed discovery around a visitor’s ambition, not a product category
This created a narrative that could introduce a complex ecosystem without oversimplifying it. The homepage became the first step in a personal growth journey, not a directory of products.
Building a Stronger Teacher & Content Experience
Mindvalley's teachers are one of the strongest parts of the platform
Mindvalley’s teachers are at the heart of the platform.
The design explored richer ways to present teachers alongside their programs and areas of expertise. It shifted the experience from simply browsing a catalogue of products toward discovering the people, ideas, and subjects behind them.
Teacher-led storytelling connected each Quest to the expertise behind it
Designing in Motion
Designing while the strategy evolved
The product vision continued to evolve throughout the project. New business priorities, pricing models, Pathways, AI experiences, and membership offerings were still being defined while design was already underway.
I worked closely with product, marketing, and leadership through rapid prototypes, collaborative workshops, and continuous iteration to keep the project moving forward.

The Final Experience
A clearer path from discovery to confident next steps
The final experience brought the different parts of the ecosystem together into a more coherent journey. Visitors could understand Mindvalley’s proposition, explore programs and topics, discover teachers, and continue deeper into the platform without needing to grasp the entire ecosystem upfront.
It established a stronger model for how Mindvalley could present its growing ecosystem of content and experiences across the web.
